BUYER’S GUIDE
Make your order visible from approval to delivery
Visibility should mean useful evidence and clear next actions, rather than another message saying everything is on track.
Start with an agreed milestone plan
Record the approved sample, artwork deadline, material readiness, production start, inspection window, cargo-ready date and freight booking plan. Assign an owner to each approval so decisions do not stall between teams.
Ask for evidence at the right moment
Use product photos, sample feedback, packaging proofs and relevant reports to confirm the details before bulk production. During production, request progress photos and clear status notes. Visual updates should identify the order and the stage they show.
See exceptions early
An update should explain what is complete, what is next, what needs your approval and any risk to the schedule. If a material, specification or booking changes, agree the response early instead of discovering the impact near shipment.
Keep logistics updates connected
We keep customers updated on order progress and logistics as new information becomes available. Share the agreed booking, inspection arrangement, shipment documents and tracking details. Explain changes to estimated departure or arrival dates promptly.
Close the loop after delivery
Record receiving feedback and any quality or packing issues. Use the findings to improve the specification and packing plan for the next order. A repeat order should build on what was learned, rather than restart the conversation.
